THE
Industries to Supply the ‘Official’ Number Plate for the
USA Cycling
BMX
National Championship
THE Industries has joined forces with USA Cycling
to produce the first ever ‘Special Edition’ USA
Cycling BMX National Championship number plate. In a program
that mirrors the UCI World Championships, all riders will
receive a ‘Special Edition’ THE plate and will
use it with a pre-assigned number for the event. Any riders
who earned a top 8 finish at the 2006 UCI World Championships
or who have a UCI career number will be supplied a THE plate
with one of those numbers.
THE
Industries will provide their popular Supermoto model
in both the standard and mini sizes emblazoned with special
graphics on the wide range of UCI plate colors. THE Industries
continues to produce some of the finest BMX products and
components in the market including wheels-sets, helmets,
saddles and more.
The
inaugural event is being held at the famous Waterford
Oaks BMX Track in Waterford, MI on June 9 as part of a
huge weekend of racing that also includes two NBL Great
Lakes National events.
